Meadowbrook Insurance Selects One, Inc. for Customer Experience

Meadowbrook Insurance Group has selected One, Inc.’s payment processing suite, enabling clients to make premium payments via credit card.

The P&C insurer will adopt cloud-based One, Inc’s ProcessOne, ContactOne and PortalOne, in efforts to further improve customer service. The software will manage payment processing, provide multi-device payment options and allow access to policy information, the company said.

“Embracing new technology in order to enable our staff to deliver the highest level of customer service is part of that,” said Chris Spring, SVP and CIO of Meadowbrook Insurance Group, in a statement. “One, Inc.’s software will allow us to provide our insureds an additional payment methods and streamline internal processes for our team. The combination of benefits was what made One, Inc. an easy choice for us.”
