Medavie Blue Cross has selected Thunderhead's Thunderhead NOW platform to revamp its customer communications and improve overall customer care.

With a 65-plus year history, the not-for-profit insurance company based in New Brunswick, provides health, travel, life and income replacement products to group and individual customers, and administers government-sponsored health programs in Canada. Medavie Blue Cross selected Thunderhead NOW to enhance its document assembly and letter writing capabilities in part due to the platform’s modern, standards-based open architecture.
