By implementing OSI's ProducerOne, Mercer, a provider of P&C insurance products in seven states, will effectively combine multiple agency management systems into a single platform, says OSI. Further, the integration of ProducerOne with the company's policy and claims systems promises to give Mercer's executive team a cohesive, comprehensive view of any given agency's performance and a single, authoritative source for all agent information.
"Outline Systems was able to demonstrate both insurance industry knowledge and flexibility in the ProducerOne system by giving us access to a proof of concept system, and then making changes at our request very quickly," says Jon McCloskey, manager of IT admin services for Mercer. "ProducerOne, combined with SecureOne, OSI's identity and entitlement management solution, will allow us to establish a single, organization-wide, agent self-service portal."
