Millers Mutual, a commercial P&C insurer, has named Donald Manley as VP of underwriting. Manley brings 30 years of managerial, operational and underwriting experience.
Manley has earned several professional designations, including Charted Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). He has served as president of his local CPCU chapter and is an active member of several insurance trade organizations.
Manley has underwriting experience in niche markets and has demonstrated the ability to deliver an underwriting product by mentoring underwriters and engaging agency partners. He offers particular expertise in the development and execution of underwriting strategy, ratemaking, managing profitability, training and development of underwriting staff, and ensuring high levels of product quality and pricing integrity, Millers said.
