Mitchell Launches Workers' Comp Reg Reporting Solutions

Mitchell International Inc., a provider of information, workflow and performance management solutions to the P&C claims and collision repair industries, expanded its claims technology platform with the introduction of the Mitchell Regulatory Reporting Solutions. The new product is designed to enable workers' compensation claims payers to further drive operational efficiencies and cost containment in their claims operations.   

Mitchell acquired the Ingenix P&C business in 2010, including Red Oak E-Commerce Solutions, which is now Mitchell Regulatory Reporting Solutions, a compliance platform that works with claims management systems or as an online Web portal for reporting.

The Mitchell Regulatory Reporting Solutions are designed to provide Web-based reporting of FROI/SROI and medical bills to help lower claims reporting costs, increase claim accuracy, reduce manual processing and data entry, and maintain compliance with state EDI reporting requirements. The product set, comprising WorkComp.NET, AutoTriggers and Business Edit Service, enables claims administrators to be in multi-state compliance as well as with the new Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services reporting, says Mitchell, adding that the Regulatory Reporting Solutions are available to all claims payers, and can be integrated with any claims management system.
