Mitchell International Inc., a provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions to the P&C claims and collision repair industries, has entered a total loss vehicle replacement partnership with Zag, a TrueCar Inc. company and provider of online and mobile car buying programs.
Mitchell says providing a dedicated Total Loss Auto Buying Program as a complement to WorkCenter Total Loss will help carriers increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. WorkCenter was developed in conjunction with J.D. Power and Associates.
