MphasiS, ExpeData Partner to Deliver Front-End Automation

ExpeData and MphasiS have partnered to enable insurance agents to capture front-end data electronically using Anoto digital pen technology. The partnership facilitates MphasiS integration of the ExpeData’s Enterprise Digital Writing (EDW) platform with the Insurance Sales Modernizations Solution (ISM).

MphasiS says ExpeData’s EDW is a digital pen-enabled, end-to-end software platform designed to automate the collection of natural inputs, including handwriting at the point of entry. Through this alliance, the two companies will offer a combined solution to their insurance customers in Australia, North America and Europe.

According to MphasiS, organizations can leverage this technology to minimize cycle-time delays and errors associated with manual processing; reduce or eliminate lost paperwork; enhance productivity of sales agents; and implement straight-through processing, while retaining the human touch for customer relationship development.
