Mutual of Enumclaw, a P&C insurance company, has gone into production with ProcessOne to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation. The payment processing application is provided by One Inc., a developer of software products to P&C insurers.

ProcessOne will process payments for Mutual of Enumclaw’s web and IVR payment portals and is integrated with its bill processing application. The application can help lessen the complexity and cost of PCI DSS Compliance, and store payment data in a safe and secure method using tokenization.

ProcessOne can help reconcile payments from multiple sources and allow for the updating of web data in real time. Streamlining these processes can result in employee efficiency, along with a reduction in expenses. Since credit card or banking data is not stored, the risk of theft of payment data or fraud is greatly reduced, the P&C carrier said.

“We chose ProcessOne because of the business benefits that it will bring to our company, including ease of reconciliation and a better customer experience for both our independent agents and policyholders,” said David Wilson, CIO, Mutual of Enumclaw. “The implementation process went extremely well, including the integration into our core billing system.”
