Nationwide Private Client to Launch Mobile App Using ISCS Policy Admin Software

A growing partnership between Nationwide Private Client and ISCS has allowed the insurer to expand its customer base, prompting demand for a mobile app in 2016.

Private Client, Nationwide’s P&C unit, recently announced expansion into three new states; Nebraska, New Mexico and Utah using ISCS’ new cloud-based software, SurePower Innovation, for policy administration. The news follows successful launches in 17 other states over the past 18 months.

"SurePower has already enabled us to expand our product offerings and client base,” said Jim Pedersen, president of Nationwide Private Client, in a press release. “Our clients have high expectations for our services, and SurePower Innovation is integral to making sure we meet and even exceed those expectations."

The mobile app, Private Client Connect, is expected to launch early this year and will give agents and clients remote access to policy information. Additionally, policyholders are also able make payments and report claims. Nationwide Private Client serves an affluent community and policyholder profile offering home, auto and secondary residency coverage.
