According to NBIC, Project Apex was launched in 2009 to produce a “highly-advanced, flexible, nimble technology environment” for the homeowners’ insurance industry. NBIC said qualifications for Project Apex systems included that they must be Web-based, highly customizable, and able to handle a high volume of claims and improve claims turnaround time.
BlueWave’s PipelineClaims is designed to leverage critical loss data, reduce claims leakage, accelerate claims resolution and improve customer service. NBIC said PipelineClaims was selected as a Project Apex solution for its ability to “consolidate IT processes and create more fluid claim management.”
