New York Life has named Brooke Zrno Grisham as CEO in charge of the Nautilus Group. In this role, Grisham is responsible for a group of New York Life agents in Dallas, Texas, providing dedicated support in business and estate planning. She reports to SVP Gerard Rocchi.
New York Life says Grisham joined the company in 1999, working as a senior associate in the Nautilus Group, and has held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she was COO, responsible for case development, information technology, compliance and administrative functions.
Grisham was named a VP in 2011. Prior to joining New York Life, she was a corporate sales and marketing trainer for Mary Kay Inc., says New York Life.
