Next Insurance brings in new marketing, product leaders

Next Insurance, small-business insurtech company, has made two new C-suite hires from outside the insurance sector.

Melanie Chase, who was former Fitbit executive, is the company's new CMO. She spent six years at Fitbit developing its health and fitness brands. "I'm proud to be joining a company committed to supporting America's small business. Next has already built a great service that customers love. Now it's time to accelerate the company's growth and make Next a household name,” shared Chase.

Effi Fuks Leichtag, a former Yelp executive, also has joined as Chief Product Officer.He spearheaded the company's overall consumers' growth, core products, search, personalization, and other key initiatives. "Next Insurance's innovative insurance products are changing the game for small businesses and independent traders across hundreds of classes of business,” shared Leichtag.
