UK insurer NFU Mutual has selected Guidewire Software, Inc.’s ClaimCenter as its new claims management system, the company announced today.
The move expands NFU Mutual’s current relationship with the vendor, having already deployed Guidewire for billing.
“ClaimCenter has a proven track record of successful deployments and upgrades which will help us to keep abreast of changes,” said Matthew Scott, chief claims manager at NFU Mutual, in a statement. “The system also has capabilities that will enable us to further strengthen our operating model in the future.”
As part of the agreement, NFU Mutual will also deploy Guidewire’s data and analytics products along with the vendor’s digital engagement tools. The new tech platforms are expected to support NFU Mutual’s data management needs, improve vendor communications and cut out repetitive manual tasks, particularly in the claims process, according to the companies.
