Nippon Life Benefits has developed a preventative health care program, The Employer Wellness Solution, designed to keep low-risk employers in good health and devise a plan for high-risk to manage their health. Offered in conjunction with the Principal Wellness Co., the program is designed to lower absenteeism and disability claims, and increase job performance.

This new program brings together a full-range of wellness services with innovative and easy-to-use tools to help people live healthier and ultimately reduce medical costs.”
The Employer Wellness Solution features worksite biometric screenings, health coaching, a wellness assessment to gauge an employee’s health, and at-home lab tests for employees who work remotely.
