New York Property Insurance Underwriting Association, a residual market insurer for high-risk New York property owners, has selected Majesco's P&C Suite including Majesco Policy, Majesco Billing and Majesco Claims, as part of a core system transformation.
The insurer will also use Majesco DigitalConnect to provide agent and customer portals, and Majesco Business Analytics and Majesco Operational Data Store to explore data and business intelligence.
“Our transformation initiative is a step to reaffirm our commitment to our customers and our agents," says Dane Austin, president at New York Property Insurance Underwriting Association (NYPIUA). "Because of the high-risk nature of our insured’s properties, enhancing our catastrophe claims processing is critical to meeting their needs and expectations.”
