OnlineBenefits Introduces AgencyWare

Uniondale, NY--OnlineBenefits Inc., provider of Internet-based HR solutions, has officially unveiled AgencyWare, the first integrated sales, service and commission tracking software product specifically designed for group benefits brokers.

AgencyWare makes it easy to move prospects through each phase of the sales process and provide top-notch client service while sharing key customer data between staff in all departments. Unlike many systems, it is accessible from the Web so brokers can maintain up-to-the-minute account information from anywhere. AgencyWare was designed for tremendous flexibility to allow users to "personalize" the organization and presentation of data to their tastes.

AgencyWare was under development by Captiva Systems for the past four three years. The company is known for its CommissionsDue software, which tracks insurance commissions and has been adopted by over 1,000 brokers.

OnlineBenefits acquired Captiva Systems in December 2004 and is now set to introduce both AgencyWare and CommissionsDue to its network of 400 licensed broker partners. In co-marketing efforts over the past few months, both organizations have seen a very positive response from brokers to the products. Patricia Steele of Mattecheck & Associates, an OnlineBenefits partner who now uses AgencyWare exclaims, "I am enjoying this new software more than any other program I have ever used."

"Our broker partners have been urging us to offer agency management for some time," says John Gedney, President of OnlineBenefits. "AgencyWare was clearly the best solution out there for benefits brokers and the early reactions from the market confirm our instincts."

Jim McCallion who founded Captiva Systems sums up the significance of the new software, "Brokers who adopt AgencyWare will have a more accurate pulse on their customers, prospects and vendors because they can corral vital data into one organized system and leverage it to keep track of and win more business. As far as efficiency goes, it's a quantum leap from the chaotic, old-fashioned practices we've encountered at many agencies."

OnlineBenefits plans to integrate AgencyWare with its existing product platforms including the Benergy System, Advisor Tools and Client Community. The resulting application will be a centralized system in which brokers will track customers, share documentation with them, perform research, run benchmarking, manage workflow and monitor all of these interactions.
