P&V Group has deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system across its personal and commercial motor lines of business.
According to the companies, the Belgian carrier selected ClaimCenter to increase the transparency of its claims process, increase claims handling through automation and offer agents an overall simpler system to operate from.
“Our IT and business teams have worked hard to implement ClaimCenter and this effort was certainly worthwhile,” said Marc Beaujean, head of resources, change and marketing within the board of directors at P&V Group, in a statement. “We know that we are well placed to continue to develop our services according to rapidly changing market demand.”
P&V Group joins the likes of Aviva, Amerisure and NFU Mutual as Guidewire's most recent claims customers and conitinues its own longstanding relationship with the vendor.
