Personable to Implement iPartners’ BI and Data Warehousing

Personable Insurance, a nonstandard auto insurer, has picked iPartners’ software-as-a-service business intelligence and analytics applications.

“At Personable, we are a data intensive and highly analytical organization that is experiencing rapid growth,” said Rick Becker, Personable’s SVP of operations. “It is important that we have a consolidated view of our results across platforms, and have the ability to provide business users with ad-hoc portfolio analysis capabilities and one-touch complex operational reports. iPartners provides these capabilities with their business intelligence tools combined with their robust data warehouse in an easy to use, cloud-based environment.”

Personable was attracted to the ease-of-use and software-as-a-service delivery model, the company said, in addition to iPartners’ experience with insurance business intelligence and data warehousing. The iPartners services will offer a consolidated view of business performance to Personable management, access to portfolio analysis and reporting to business users and a common view of enterprise data. Information will be updated nightly, so current data will be available for analysis and informed decision making.

“We welcome Personable to the iPartners client family,” said Robert Lasher, iPartners founder and CEO. “Personable is the ideal client for us in that they are highly focused, growing quickly, and fully understand and appreciate the value of leveraging data and analytics to better the business. They understood that our data warehouse was an essential component to be able to deliver the analytics they needed. The simplicity of our implementation, enabled by the Cloud deployment, is a key contributor to the value proposition we offer Personable.”

iPartners said its insurance business intelligence service was designed for the P&C industry and built around an insurance-specific data model, including a data warehouse, performance management dashboards and scorecards, ad-hoc detailed analysis, production reporting and drill to detail.
