The Phoenix Insurance Co. Ltd. has selected Earnix Insurance software to improve its general insurance customer analytics strategies. Earnix is a provider of integrated pricing and customer analytics software for banks and insurers.
The Phoenix will use the Earnix solution to better understand its customers and improve pricing management capabilities for its Safe Driver auto insurance line, Earnix said. The implementation project will be conducted by Earnix Professional Services and Phoenix Actuarial and Data teams.
Earnix Insurance will help Phoenix to gain insight into its customers’ preferences, which will allow them to be served better, said Phoenix. Earnix represents a combination of technology with analytical and domain experience.
