Plymouth Rock Selects Mitchell as Claims Solutions Provider

Mitchell International Inc., a provider of information, workflow and performance management solutions, announced that The Plymouth Rock Group of Cos. has selected Mitchell as its exclusive provider of physical damage claims solutions.

Under the terms of the deal, High Point Auto Insurance, Palisades Safety & Insurance and Plymouth Rock Assurance Corp. will use Mitchell's WorkCenter solution, an end-to-end, physical damage claims settlement workspace, for their physical damage claims processing needs, including assignment, repairable estimating, total loss valuation, review, repair management and reporting.

WorkCenter will provide The Plymouth Rock Group of Companies with the tools to manage claims efficiency by eliminating the need for claims handlers to log-in to multiple systems and re-key data fields, speeding workflow, Mitchell says.

The end-to-end solution also is intended to improve customer satisfaction by keeping those involved in the claim informed, including the ability for adjusters to view real-time repair status. Additionally, WorkCenter offers a statistically driven, fully automated, total loss valuation system intended to generate fair, market-driven values for loss vehicles, and to help assure policyholders that they are being fairly compensated for their loss.
