ProSight Specialty Insurance has selected Intelledox’s Infiniti software to improve operational efficiency, the company announced today.
The specialty insurer, based in Morristown, New Jersey, will use Infiniti to convert manual processes into digital, thereby improving customer experience. The elimination of paper and PDF forms will also reduce costs and increase speed to market, the company said.
"We selected Infiniti for the ability to rapidly develop and deploy new, automated business processes,” said Nestor Lopez, vice president of information technology at ProSight Specialty Insurance, in a statement. “We experienced the benefits of the platform in our first implementation which went live in less than three weeks."
