Sapiens Incorporates CRM Module for RapidSure

Sapiens International Corp. N.V., a provider of software solutions and a member of the Formula Group, has launched a customer relationship management (CRM) module, now available for the RapidSure Policy Administration System.

The CRM is easily integrated into the existing infrastructure, Sapiens says, and provides a centralized view of customer activities, including the incorporation of data from other systems such as claims and billing.

The Sapiens CRM module includes the “MyInsurance” view, which Sapiens says enables insurers and customers to view policy data, collaborate, educate and initiate basic transactions, improving customer trust and understanding in the system.

Sapiens says the module is ideal for insurance companies who wish to improve interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects and convert business relations to bottom-line results. Employing a CRM approach can help insurance organizations to organize and automate sales and marketing activities, technical support and business processes.
