Saxon Global, a provider of IT consulting and solution engineering services, has acquired Wit Innovation, a mobility and solutions specialist. Wit Innovation has a resource base of mobility engineers and a portfolio that includes financial services, health care, media, hospitality and entertainment sectors.
Saxon said the acquisition expands its technology portfolio, with a focus on enterprise mobility, cloud and business intelligence. Wit Innovation specializes in building products on smartphones and tablets, having built products and worked on platforms ranging from iOS and Android to BlackBerry and Windows phones.
