Sentry Insurance, a mutual insurance company, released a mobile version of its risk management solution, Insight Mobile. The solution provides a customer-focused way for businesses to receive claims information on any smartphone.

Sentry says risk managers and company insurance professionals have access to claims information, tasks and customizable claims-related alerts. Customers and insurance brokers can gain immediate access to information that will help them better manage claims.

Developed by the company’s Digital Interactive Team, after extensive interaction with customers, brokers and risk management professionals, the Insight risk management web solution was launched in 2012, says Sentry. Sentry Insight Mobile was developed as a companion to the web-based solution.
