Arkansas-based Southern Pioneer said it wanted to simplify cross-company reporting and enforce consistency in company policies across its lines of business, including homeowners', dwelling fire, vacant dwelling fire, garage liability, commercial property and liquor liability insurance.
"SurePower Innovation allows us to provide our agents with additional tools and support to serve our policyholders," said Brian Hyneman, secretary and treasurer for Southern Pioneer. "It will also help us become more efficient in our operations."
ISCS’s policy administration program SurePower is designed to automate business processes such as underwriting, policy and claims management, reinsurance and billing.
