The Guarantee Co. of North America, a specialty insurance company, has selected ClaimCenter as its new claims management system. ClaimCenter is a product of Guidewire Software, a provider of core system software to P&C insurers.
The Guarantee selected ClaimCenter as part of a broad initiative to enhance the services offered to its clients and independent broker partners, says Guidewire, and to increase the speed and efficiency with which claims are processed.
Guidewire says ClaimCenter will enable The Guarantee to reduce claim-cycle times and help to minimize the impact of claims on clients; improve data analytics and reporting capabilities; and make system adjustments to meet the changing business and technical requirements of the industry.
