Since becoming a consultant in 1990, Larsen has focused on serving the needs of her customers, delivering comprehensive benefits guidance and plan design to meet her clients’ organizational goals. Most recently, Larsen served on the Employee Benefit Advisory Board. Prior to joining the company, she worked as an employee communications consultant with Minneapolis-based Honeywell Inc.

Larsen is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), earning the designation through the program co-sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the IFEBP.
