Stanton Group Promotes 19-year Industry Veteran

Minneapolis — Stanton Group, a Minneapolis-based insurance and consulting firm, announced the promotion of Kari Larsen to VP, employee benefits practice leader. For more than 19 years, Larsen has served as an industry consultant, implementing best practices and meeting clients’ needs in today’s challenging healthcare environment. In her new role, Larsen will continue to serve her current clients while also leading a team of 14 employee benefit consultants. 

Since becoming a consultant in 1990, Larsen has focused on serving the needs of her customers, delivering comprehensive benefits guidance and plan design to meet her clients’ organizational goals. Most recently, Larsen served on the Employee Benefit Advisory Board. Prior to joining the company, she worked as an employee communications consultant with Minneapolis-based Honeywell Inc.

Larsen is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), earning the designation through the program co-sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the IFEBP.
