StoneRiver Inc., an insurance technology company, and Cincom Systems, a software company, have announced a cooperative marketing and technical alliance.
The two companies will jointly market and deliver an application that integrates StoneRiver's Stream Suite and Cincom's Eloquence customer communications software. The joint offering will allow insurers using Stream to simplify the development, production and delivery of customer communications across print and electronic channels via a direct connection between Stream Suite data and Eloquence's communication engine.
The integration of Stream and Eloquence offers an application that helps manage the claims process with communications throughout the cycle, according to StoneRiver.
