StoneRiver, PilotFish Unveil Joint Underwriting Solution

StoneRiver and PilotFish Technology have jointly launched LifeSuite, a Web-based solution for new business and automated underwriting, and the XCS eiPlatform, a complementary integration framework used to execute and manage interfaces between heterogeneous systems.

StoneRiver says the combination of these two products offers insurance industry clients the painless implementation of a seamlessly integrated new business process, enhanced customization and increased speed-to-market.

Under a recent partnership agreement between the two organizations, StoneRiver will deploy the XCS eiPlatform alongside the LifeSuite software, and will leverage the XCS eiConsole, an integrated development environment, to design, develop, build, and test interfaces, says StoneRiver.

These products promise to provide StoneRiver unprecedented agility in the execution of LifeSuite implementations. The benefits of the alliance enable StoneRiver to further heighten client satisfaction by building interfaces more efficiently and effectively, leaving more time and resources to concentrate on core insurance application development, according to StoneRiver.
