This morning, the Hartford selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new P&C claims management system.

The Hartford announced that it will make significant enhancements to its claims platform in an attempt to improve service, achieve higher quality claim outcomes and greater efficiency overall.

“This investment will allow us to continue to build on our strong claim performance as we grow our Commercial and Consumer Markets businesses,” said Andrew Pinkes, EVP of claims for The Hartford.

ClaimCenter will replace multiple claims systems currently in use. Cognizant, a part of Guidewire’s PartnerConnect program, will serve as the system integrator for the project.
