The IMT Group has selected Majesco Billing to support all personal and commercial lines of business, the companies announced Wednesday.

Based in West Des Moines, Iowa, The IMT Group is comprised of IMT Insurance Company and Wadena Insurance Company, selling home, auto and farm coverage across six states in the Midwest.

With the move to a cloud-based system, the insurer hopes to improve efficiency for its customers, employees, and 975 independent agents, it says. Upon completion, Majesco Billing will be integrated with The IMT Group’s 17 policy administration systems.

“IMT’s commitment to high-touch experience is a key reason for our selection of Majesco Billing,” said Ann West, VP of IT at The IMT Group, in a statement. “We will be able to bring innovative new capabilities to our agents and customers to meet their increasing demands and expectations.”

The insurer joins New York Life and Homesite Insurance as recent Majesco cloud for core customers.
