Dallas — Trintech Group Plc, a global provider of integrated financial governance, transaction risk management and compliance solutions, announced the availability of AssureNET GL 4.1, the latest release of their application for general ledger reconciliation, review, and certification.

AssureNET GL 4.1 delivers new levels of automation in the core application and integration with Trintech's Unity Financial Close application through Unity's performance management dashboards. This integration ensures that all financial governance tasks and controls, including the status of reconciliations within AssureNET GL, are visible to the Unity user via the Close Status consoles of the Financial Close management dashboard.

Additional enhancements include the ability to auto-certify bulk reconciliations with reconciliation thresholds, new quality assurance functionality for tasks, and expanded reports and template related features for reconciliations and balance sheet certification. AssureNET GL 4.1 demonstrates Trintech's ongoing commitment to providing the Office of Finance a purpose-specific, functionally rich, integrated financial governance suite of applications, says the company.

"In today's challenging business environment, large corporations and institutions are demanding more timely and accurate reporting of results, improved insight into their compliance processes, and increased automation to significantly reduce operational costs of their finance departments," says John Harte, EVP and GM for Trintech. "The latest release of AssureNET GL directly addresses these business needs by providing an even more capable account reconciliation solution that drives operational efficiency via higher levels of automation."
