Unum UK is modernizing core administration of its Group Protection business line by implementing Elixir, an insurance operations software platform from Mumbai, India-based developer and IT services provider Mastek.
With Elixir, Unum believes it will be able to more adaptively create and price new products in response to the changing needs of corporate customer who themselves are operating in increasingly dynamic markets.
Elixir’s automation capabilities should also help the disability underwriter deliver more responsive customer service while reducing it operating costs.
