Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a company offering document output and customer communications applications, is partnering with OneShield Inc., a company offering core system technology for the P&C insurance market.
The integration of the Xpertdoc Client Communication Management application with OneShield Insurance Software is intended to help insurers to grow and modernize their business. Having a shared philosophy and approach with clients was an important factor in deciding to partner, said Xpertdoc.
The partnership offers insurers accelerated delivery of insurance products to their customer bases. Carriers no longer have to go to market for document composition and output capabilities after undergoing the process of core system replacement, the companies said.
"From our perspective, Xpertdoc's platform provides a key part of our customer-centric business processes,” said Liza Smith, OneShield's senior VP of sales and marketing. “The combined solution will reduce expenses for our carrier clients, and significantly improve their customer satisfaction."
