Zurich Insurance deploys AI across 5 countries

Zurich Insurance has deployed Cytora's agentic AI platform across five countries in 90 days. The insurance company plans to scale the AI-powered risk digitization system to more than 20 markets over 16 months.

Protective Life Corporation announced that CEO Rich Bielen will retire at the end of 2026, with president and CFO Paul Wells set to succeed him as president and CEO effective January 1, 2027. The company, a subsidiary of Daiichi Life Group, Inc., also announced the year-end retirements of two other executives: Scott Adams, EVP and chief transformation & strategy officer, and Mark Drew, EVP and chief legal officer.
