GlobalOptions will serve as the SIU provider preparing its fraud compliance reporting, conducting fraud training programs for its employees and conducting the investigation and identification of suspected fraudulent insurance activities across all insured programs and lines of business.
AIC will manage investigative activity through GlobalOptions’ GlobalTrak. The system’s reporting capabilities will enable AIC to calculate ROI on anti-fraud related activities in addition to generating annual reporting for compliance purposes, according to Frank Pinder, president and CEO of GlobalOptions.
“Our experience in developing comprehensive SIU programs encompassing investigations and fraud compliance reporting and training will assist AIC in meeting the needs of a diverse insurance organization,” Pinder said.
