First Choice Repair is a managed-repair program for carriers comprised of a network of certified local, regional and national roofing contractors—who ensure that homeowners get wind- or hail-related roof, siding and gutter damage repaired.
According to Accurence, the tool helps adjusters focus on damages and the customer, while driving accuracy, consistency and efficiency. Each First Choice Repair member will have access to SettleAssist when providing onsite inspections of damaged homes.
Accurence added that the long-term alliance will involve additional product development to assist First Choice Repair in managing an umbrella of emergency management services through a single-field inspection tool and scope automation system.
