American College Board of Trustees Announces New Members

The American College, the nonprofit educational institution that focuses on financial services, has announced six members will join its Board of Trustees:

Michael J. Corey, Partner, The Caldwell Partners International

Caroline Feeney, CLU, ChFC, VP eastern territory, Prudential

Lewis W. Fogel, VP and regional director, individual client services, TIAA-CREF 

James J. Meehan, MSM, president, Creative Financial Group 

Phillip C. Richards, CLU, RHU, CFP, chairman & CEO, North Star Resource Group

J. Eric Smith, CLU, ChFC, president, USAA Life Insurance Co.

The Board of Trustees, headed by Michael Davidson, CLU, vice chairman and chief agency and marketing officer of State Farm Insurance Cos., is comprised of 47 members.

“The American College’s educational programs are the standard of excellence for individuals interested in becoming knowledgeable and ethical financial professionals,” said Davidson.
