American National Insurance Co. has selected the ARC Logics application from Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, a company offering risk management, compliance, finance and audit applications. ARC Logics is designed to help organizations manage governance, risk and compliance.
American National will use ARC Logics’ regulatory change management, risk assessment and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance functions. ARC Logics is designed to help financial organizations bring transparency, control and efficiency to managing compliance, operational and enterprise risk, and the audit function. The application’s suite-based approach offers organizations flexibility and scalability, Wolters Kluwer said.
In a regulatory environment, financial organizations need more than a software or information provider on their teams, said Wolters Kluwer. Organizations need an advisor that can apply knowledge with technology and content to help organizations address government, risk management and compliance needs, the company added.
