Aon Consulting Hires Organizational Performance Leader

Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corp., announced that Ken Oehler was hired as VP and New York office leader for the Organizational Performance Implementation practice.

Oehler brings more than 15 years of human capital strategy experience to Aon Consulting. In his new role, he will be responsible for helping to lead the Northeast Organizational Performance Implementation practice. He also will lead the expansion of Aon's Change Implementation Services in response to changing market conditions. Oehler was previously with Towers Perrin, where he served as principal for its Global Change Implementation practice. In this role, he led major initiatives in human resources, organizational development and strategy.
