Artizan’s CSR24 is a client access solution designed to allow agents and brokers to offer self-service to their insureds. In reaction to the shift to mobile devices, Artizan says it developed a mobile-optimized version of their flagship product.
Artizan says insurance agents are looking to provide their clients access to self-service capabilities that are mobile optimized. While CSR24 was available on smartphones in its original format, the new interface is optimized for smaller screens. It uses the features available on most smartphones, including touch screen, auto-dialing phone numbers and mapping/direction applications. The mobile portal now is active for all CSR24 clients, Artizan adds.
