Assurant Solutions, a provider of specialty risk management products and services, is adding about 50 customer care jobs at its location in south Miami, the largest of Assurant's 25 facilities. The Miami location currently employs more than 1,900 associates.

Assurant says hiring will take place for a number of functions in Miami, including call center customer retention representatives and workforce analysts. Supervisory positions, including a director role, also will be available for experienced call center retention professionals.
