Breach Response is intended to provide coverage for data breaches affecting up to 4 million individuals, including notification and credit monitoring. The product is focused on companies in the health care, retail, hospitality and higher education markets, says the company.
Beazley says Breach Response coverage now includes Payment Card Industry fines and penalties coverage; breach response services for minors, expanded coverage for breaches with no legal notification requirement, and additional public relations and crisis management expenses.
