Kaercher will be responsible for aligning BCBS corporate technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with appropriate technologies. Most recently he was SVP of technology operations and service delivery at PNC Bank.
Sargent will be responsible for the company’s strategy, design, and delivery of application solutions. Previously she held leadership positions at U.S. Bank, and served in key roles at Best Buy and Accenture.
