BlueWave says Hostelley will take over the day-to-day responsibility of leading the company's efforts to modernize claim systems and operations for its clients, as well as oversight for ongoing R&D on the company's PipelineClaims product and business development.
Prior to her promotion, Hostelley was VP of product management.
Stepping into the role of VP of product management, Grover will be managing the overall direction and evolution of PipelineClaims, leading a team of business analysts dedicated to assessing new product features for development and providing strategic product direction, according to BlueWave.
For the past few years as a product manager, Grover led system integration efforts for the client implementation team, as well as participating in BlueWave's sales efforts, providing the in-depth functional and technical product demonstrations necessary to assess scope with prospective clients, the company says.
