Smartphone users will automatically be redirected to the new mobile site when going to boltinsurance.com, where, according to BOLT, visitors will still be able to compare coverage and pricing, receive quotes and make purchases. BOLT added that visitors will also be able to call a company representative directly from the mobile site or schedule a time for an agent to call them back.
BOLT adapted its Instant Quote form in an effort to require less typing, adding touch and swipe functionality when possible.
