Broker BMS Group, Pinnacle Actuarial Partner on Predictive Modeling

Broker BMS Group has reached an agreement with actuarial specialists Pinnacle Actuarial Resources Inc. to provide predictive modeling to its clients. BMS' Analytical Services team intends to work closely with Pinnacle, which will supply predictive modeling analyses and implementation support, as appropriate, to BMS clients.

BMS says specialist predictive modeling has become an essential element in any analytics tool kit, and the company has sought to offer this solution to its clients. During the last 18 months, BMS has enhanced its Analytical Services division to incorporating predictive modeling, which according to the company, will allow it to give its clients a range of tools to to assess and price risks, as well as improve claims and underwriting processes.

This joint venture represents the only reinsurance intermediary with which Pinnacle is partnering to offer its predictive modeling expertise to their primary company clients, according to BMS.
