P&C insurer Buckeye Insurance Group has gone into production with One, Inc.’s cloud-based payment processing platform, the company announced today.

As part of the implementation process, Buckeye Insurance will install One, Inc’s ProcessOne, ContactOne and PortalOne software. The tech will enhance the Piqua, Ohio-based insurer’s data security, improve billing processes and automate communication with customers about their policy. Buckeye Insurance's products are sold in Ohio, Indiana, Kansas, South Dakota, Colorado and Georgia.

“We had two key areas that were important to us with respect to the payment process – improving the customer experience and controlling costs,” said Craig Curcio, vice president & controller of Buckeye Insurance Group, in a statement. “One, Inc. delivered that and more in a short implementation. We’re very pleased with the results.”
