Capgemini, InQuba Join Forces on Insurance Customer Experience

Management consultants Capgemini and insurance software provider InQuba have signed a partnership agreement to jointly market, sell and deliver digital customer experience software for insurers.

Capgemini's Insurance Connect managed business service will integrate with InQuba's policyholder and broker management software to provide voice-of-the-customer analytics and customer engagement functionality. That allows insurers to leverage data from across their technology ecosystem in order to get the best insight on their customers, the companies claim.

"The inclusion of the inQuba platform in Insurance Connect will provide an added ability for our clients to understand and act upon customer perceptions across all channels," says John Mullen, global head of insurance for Capgemini.
