Catlin Group, a P&C insurer and reinsurer, has selected InsuranceSuite as its new platform for rating, underwriting and policy administration, claims management and billing.
According to Guidewire, Catlin is looking to replace its core systems in an attempt to improve the handling of its complex specialty lines, including 20 offices across the United States and as the company enters new markets, while supporting. Catlin will implement the full suite using a line-of-business phased approach.
With the implementation, Catlin hopes to increase its agility; strengthen underwriting consistency and controls; enhance operational efficiency through automation across underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims management processes; and improve data analytics and real-time reporting capabilities.
